Always back-up the information that may be damaged or lost in the synchronization process. Failure to do so may result in permanent data loss.
Make sure you fully understand the implications of each setting you change before committing or saving any new configurations. Changes that are not saved are automatically discarded by the server.
Once you enable the automatic sync process, make sure you only perform changes in a single administration interface to avoid inconsistencies. Failure to do so may result in changes not being applied correctly or being discarded during the sync process.
Do not use “Both Ways” sync methods unless absolutely necessary. Although conflict resolution takes care of any conflicts, changes performed on the same database by multiple agents can often lead to unexpected results and make any issue debugging process tedious.
