Configure Axigen to send a notification email when nearing quota

Description

This article describes how to configure Axigen to generate a warning message when an account nears its quota limit.

Resolution

NOTE: The quota notification email can be enabled in any of the webadmin sections that allow quota configuration.
  1. In the "Quotas" section, under "Notifications", enable the "Notify user [...]" option.
  2. Set the amount of quota usage required to send notifications.
  3. Enable the "Also send [...]" option.
  4. Set the minimum time limit between two notification email in minutes, hours or days.
  5. Edit the contents of the notification template in the section below the options.
  6. Click "Save Configuration".
NOTE: You can also use certain variables (available in the template notification email editing area) to make the template usable across multiple accounts and domains.
