Enable the Webmail Domain Selection Drop-down Box

Users cannot select which domain to log onto in the webmail interface

Issue cause

The domain selection drop-down box is not enabled

Solution

Enabling the domain selection drop-down box is a two step process. The first step is enabling the drop-down box itself for the webmail service and the second implies adding the desired domains to the list. This way, only the domains selected will be shown in the list, restricting exposure.

1. To enable the domain selection box for the webmail service, into the webadmin interface, select the "Services" context and choose the "Webmail" service from the list. In the "Webmail Options" section, select the check-box next to the "Allow domain selection on login" option and save the configuration.

NOTE: This step only has to be performed once, no matter how many domains you add to the list.

2. To add a domain to the selection list, go to "Domains & Accounts" and select "Manage Domains" from the list. Click the "Edit" button next to the domain name you wish to add, check the box next to the "Include this domain in WebMail's domain selection list" option and save the configuration.

NOTE: This step has to be repeated for all the domains that need to be added to the selection list.
