How to open another user's shared folders

This article explains how to subscribe to the folders shared by another user

Resolution

WARNING: To open a folder previously shared by another user, you must login into the webmail interface and perform the following procedure:

1. Right-click your own folder structure.

2. Select the option "Open other user's folders".

3. Click the "Select" button to choose the user that shared its folders.

4. Highlight the account and click the "Add" button to select it.

5. Click the "OK" button to go to the previous page.

6. Click the "Subscribe" button to enable all of the folders shared by the selected user.

NOTE: The folders must already be shared by the target account before this procedure is used. If the folders are not shared, an error will be encountered.
