This article describes how to save the Axigen log file to the local machine.

Resolution

In order to save the Axigen log file (not the system mail log file) to the local machine please follow these steps:

For all Operating Systems:
- Via Webadmin -> Logging -> View Log Files
- Click the download button (right-most button near each file)
- Provide a local path where to save the file
