Description

This article explains the steps necessary to set the maximum log level for the Webmail service.

Resolution

From the WebAdmin interface, follow the steps below:

Set the general log level if you haven't already.
Go to the "WebMail" context (left side).
In the "Logging" section make sure the slider is in the right-most position.
Click the "Save Configuration" button (bottom of the page).
