Core Messaging Platform
As part of the core package, we provide you with a Tier 2 (English-based) 24x7 technical support. This means that your customer service representatives will be able to contact our support team and follow-up on open cases via our web-based ticketing system. Upon account set-up, we will activate your support accounts giving you the right to open and monitor the progress of your support enquiries.

Migration from Legacy Mailserver

Backup
As part of the standard mail package, a full weekly backup or of all mailboxes under your account with a 1 week retention period is included. Optionally, other backup schemes are also available on request. For example, a customized backup setup could include a full weekly backup, daily incremental backups and a retention period. Email Archiving
Email archiving is a legal requirement in many jurisdictions. Whether you need or want to comply with the regulations in force, we offer you this possibility. Should you like to archive all incoming and outgoing emails, or simply only the incoming emails to a restricted list of accounts, this is possible by configuration. The standard package includes a set-up fee and a 2 month retention period of your archived emails. Depending on your data retention requirements, various packages may also be created.

The Axigen Hosted Platform for SPs provides an optimized hardware usage, limiting the costs to the exact degree of usage and specific needs of dedicated resources. SPs will only pay a monthly fee (and not a license) according to their number of subscribers, either increasing or decreasing in time. The hosted solution will also translate into no costs related to specialized personnel in charge of the messaging solution management, allowing an excellent focus on the SPs' core services.
