• Mailboxes: The total number of unique users defined on all the Axigen servers in one location cannot be higher than the total number of mailboxes / users specified in the license. This is also equal to the sum of premium users and basic users offered with the license pack.
• Premium users: They have access to the Personal Organizer, Groupware and all the Axigen Core Features, with various optional add-ons.
• Basic users: They only have access to the Axigen Core Features.
• Domains: You can define as many domains as needed, but the number of domains cannot exceed the maximum number of mailboxes / users.
• Mailing lists: You can define as many mail lists as needed, but the number of mail lists cannot exceed the maximum number of mailboxes / users.
• Servers: You are allowed to use the Axigen Business Solution on one server. Additional servers in one location, for back-up or testing purposes, are available on call.
• Locations: You are allowed to use the Business Solution in only one location. Multiple locations are available on call.
• Software Maintenance and Basic Support: included for one year.

• Mailing lists: You can define as many mail lists as needed, but the number of mail lists cannot exceed the maximum number of mailboxes / users.
• Servers: You are allowed to use the Axigen Service Provider Solution on one or multiple servers, as per the purchased license. Additional front-end and back-end servers are also available, on call.
• Locations: You are allowed to use the Service Provider Solution in only one location. Multiple locations are available on call.
• Software Maintenance and Basic Support: included for 1 year. Customized technical support packs, tailored to your requirements, are also available, on call.

• Basic users: They have access to the Axigen Core Features, free of charge (95 basic users offered).
• Premium users: They have access to Axigen's Core Features, plus Personal Organizer capabilities, with various optional add-ons (5 premium users, included in the license).
• Domains: You can define as many domains as needed, but the number of domains cannot exceed the maximum number of mailboxes / users.
• Mailing lists: You can define as many mail lists as needed, but the number of mail lists cannot exceed the maximum number of mailboxes / users.
• Servers: You are allowed to use the Axigen Free Mail Server on one server, in one location.
• Locations: You are allowed to use the Free Mail Server in only one location. Multiple locations are available on-demand.
• Software Maintenance and Basic Support: Software maintenance included; technical support services are available as add-on.

3.1 Upgrading to a newer version of Axigen

The version upgrade is free of charge for the same software product, feature set and license configuration as long as you have an active Software Maintenance subscription. It contains all the patches for previous versions, as well as new core features, allowing you to benefit from our product's full functionality and security.

Technical Support & Maintenance can be provided for the latest two Axigen versions available.

3.2 Upgrading to more mailboxes & locations

The volume upgrade is performed upon order, by requesting the desired upper pack. The upgrade value is charged as the difference between the present list value of the old license and the new license value. The result is the upper license pack (upgraded license) that includes the new limit on license parameters (e.g. mailboxes, locations etc), as ordered.

Licenses without active software maintenance are not subject to upgrades.

3.3 Upgrading to more features

The feature upgrade is performed upon order, by requesting the desired add-on pack with the current price list value; the upgrade fee is applicable on the existing license volume parameters (e.g. mailboxes, servers etc).

The feature upgrade is available only during a valid Technical Support subscription. It is also considered for subsequent Technical Support calculation. If you are ready to upgrade, please contact us or a local Axigen partner, in order to receive an extensive Support offer.

If a Maintenance & Technical Support subscription renewal is not ordered before the current subscription's expiration, a new Axigen license has to be purchased. Maintenance and technical support fees are based on updated list prices, as valid in the moment of the purchase.
