- By renewing your support subscription, you will benefit from Technical Support & Maintenance services for 1 year, starting with the date you purchase the renewal package.
- If a maintenance & technical support subscription renewal is not ordered before the current subscription's expiration, a new license has to be purchased.

What happens once the purchase is made?
You will receive registration code(s) via email, usually within several minutes after placing the electronic order and credit card charge so you can register their Axigen license. Within one working day you will receive the License Key for the purchased product, at the same email address.
