An error has occurred: HE_BADFILE?

I’m trying to update a user’s account/profile and upon saving the configuration, I get the subject error message: An error has occurred: HE_BADFILE. If I search Google for “HE_BADFILE” I get zero results. The logs aren’t showing much info either.

2021-05-07 01:04:06 +0800 04 axigenserver01 WEBADMIN:002415DA: Failure: update user ‘user123456789’ changes in domain ‘thats.mydomain.com’

No issue with updating any other user’s account.

Any thoughts on this?

Hello Chris,

Usually storage errors should be addressed via Axigen support channel.

On the other side, if that account is not anymore functional you may find this KB (Repairing an account using the CLI) useful for your case.
