We have been using axigen to manage emails connected with our website. We have been using it for a very logn time as it was very simple and easy to manage software but recently it has been having some problems like not being able to recieve mails, can’t forward emails and getting different errors. Can anyone of you help find the solution for this issue by telling me what could be causing this issue?

Yes, this is a known issue for systems where their admins haven’t find the way to read product logs. Hopefully you are not in this situation and could provide something more meaningful rather than a link to your website.
