Axigen Spamassasin error

Good day All,

I have a mail server running on Ubuntu and Axigen and now all of a sudden i am experiencing processing error with delivery of my emails. all email are stuck on the queue because of the below error.Kindly note that am a newbie to axigen.

Deactivate Spamassassin in Security&Filtering / Antivirus & AntiSpam / Supported Applications.
See what’s in the queue and try to resend/ process those.

Then verify what is wrong with your SA settings. If you are using Cyren as well (ie. you have a licensed installation), you might want to leave SA deactivated. My servers had a massive false positive issue due to using SA and Cyren combined.

Thank you Jeroen. I tried deactivating Spamassasin and after re sending all emails went through. Will try checking my SA settings then.
