Hi,
this article Axigen Mail Server - Enable and configure SMTP routing describes how to change smtp settings but i dont see ROUTING menu. I am only seeing “Authentication Type”. Is this a bug?

ROUTING is not a menu but a section as you could from below capture:

Isn’t this present on your system? (btw - it may be usefull if you could confirm the version you are using)

Running version 10.3.3.36 And accordingly to attached screenshot the menu entry is missing

Hello Swen,

As you could see from your screenshot you are missing the User Maps section as well so, most probably your license is not including the SMTPProxy add-on (or any other proxy ones). Some details of these specific services could be found here.

You may check the add-ons included into your license from WebAdmin > Global Settings > License Information > License Restrictions > Global add-ons available.
