Container not closed properly; check counter is 1 or 2

Hello,

I am seeing such logs as below:

Container ‘/var/opt/axigen/domains//messages6/40.hsf’ not closed properly; check counter is 1
Container '/var/opt/axigen/domains/
/messages3/07.hsf’ not closed properly; check counter is 3

Kindly, let me know. how can I rectify these?

Hello,

These log lines could be ignored if them are not reported at each service startup.

Usually, when a storage file is not closed properly (due to service stop timeout or a sudden stop due to power outage for example) at next service startup these files are detected, the check counter increased, and the internal test&repair procedure is fired. In case the repair is not possible then these files are reported so you could ask for an offline repair tentative via support channel.

Well, there are no cases of sudden power outages or sudden shutdown since the server is on UPS.
I just came across these logs & got inquisitive of what they could mean. Also, didn’t find any documentation on site, in relation to these errors
