Delivery Receipt

For years, when I used Exchange Server, whenever I tripped the delivery receipt flag and sent the e-mail, in almost every case, I would immediately get a delivery receipt notification that the recipient’s server got my e-mail. I’ve noticed once I moved to Axigen, I’m no longer getting any of the delivery receipts.

I’ve been going through the documentation and only see the NDRs mentioned as part of the mail processing / message routing policies. What am I missing? Is this something that I have to manually configure with Axigen?

Sorry to answer you so late - in case the question is still open please configure Delivery status notifications section from WebAdmin > Queue > Processing > Delivery Reports


I forgot to reply - Yes, I set that up, but it doesn’t do what I need it to. Thanks for the suggestion though.
