Hello, i am new using Axigen , i install tbhe trial before buy and was able to recive email from external but i can not send email, i got the error: The semaphore timeout period has expired.:PROCESSED - RELAY

i have firewall disable

any help on this? thanks

Hi
First check that you can have access to port 25 of destination IP from axigen server

telnet 104.47.8.33 25

Hello,

If you are sure 100% that you have no firewall (on local machine / on your router) that is preventing outgoing TCP sessions (to internet) on port 25 than the only plausible explanation is that your ISP have such rule (which is usually activated by default in order to prevent email spam campaigns from their networks).

There is nothing to be done on Axigen side but on your network connectivity so you have to look in this direction.
