We spoke to Miss. Andreea from sales. And we did a fresh install of Axigen.

However, we have some problems.

1- Main domain has SSL certificate. Ok. How to set up SSL for other domains? Because ; https://webmail.otherdomain.tld gives error

2- There are some links at https://demo.axigenmail.com. These links are not available in the admin panel we set up. These links are; Administrative Groups and Administrative Users. After all, I want to give admin rights and my customers to create their own e-mails.

3-I can login to Webadmin via ip. However, how can we enter as webadmin.domain.tld?

Can you help me with these 3 issues?

Hello Ozan,

First of all we have to understand if you are a “hosting” company or not.

If yes - than the best option will be to have a generic access point - let’s say mail.ozan.net- which will be used by all hosted domains for all needed services (like SMTP / IMAP / WebMail).

But let’s come back to your questions:

1/ For WebMail you have to set a new virtual host and set the needed SSL details for it.
Note: we are not supporting yet SNI for other services (like SMPT, IMAP or POP3) but you have asked only how to solve the WebMail dilemma.

2/ You need to ask sales department for DelegatedAdministration license add-on

3/ You simply need a DNS A record - but I suspect that most probably you didn’t provide all details about your problem.

Ok I see. In fact, we are using plesk panel… It will be same… I understood.
