Thunderbird IMAP Snyc Issue

Good day,

While synchronizing an email account using IMAP Protocol on other User suddenly it gives an error

“Fetch Failed cannot synchronize Inbox storage corrupted”.

While to the other users that have similar email account which have been previously setup / synchronize there are no issue accessing / fetching the email account and esp the Inbox.

Do we have any idea on how to prevent this from happening again?

Current solution that I am doing to fix this issue is to do Compact All Forced on the said domain.

I found similar issue but on other forum which is the user uses Axigen as well.

For this kind of issues you have to open a support ticket (if you are entitled) and get in touch with our support team for further investigations.

Btw do we have any other solution temporarily?

I corrected my self as our maintenance support still expired. As we are waiting for the official release of the x4.

You could try

FINDINVALIDMSG […] [purge]

using the CLI (details at Domain Context | Axigen Documentation)

You’ll probably want to try without the purge option first (as that will just scan and not try to correct any problems), and ensure you have a back-up before using the purge option.
