Unable to place the contact section on the axigen login page

There is no section in the control panel on the axigen login page where backup contact information can be entered. It would be better to put a section in the control panel like changing the logo. Put information for users on the login page, especially when, like us, who have many student users, we could put the help link there.
Now I have to change the login page code every time and as soon as a new update comes for the webmail section, my code will be deleted again and this cannot be repeated.

Hello Assad,

Thank you for your post. I’ll try to respond to your questions and if I’ve missed something please let me know.

1/ There is no section in the control panel on the axigen login page where backup contact information can be entered.
Have you checked the “personal email address” from WebMail > Settings > General > Account Info > Personal Details?
The address the user is entered in “personal email” will be used for credential recovery.

2/ It would be better to put a section in the control panel like changing the logo
Not sure why this could not be done via the general / domain branding so could you please provide more details .

3/ Put information for users on the login page, especially when, like us, who have many student users, we could put the help link there. Now I have to change the login page code every time and as soon as a new update comes for the webmail section, my code will be deleted again and this cannot be repeated.
I understand what are you suggesting (a branding option for an area present on login page) but currently this is not on our to-do list. The best way to suggest feature improvements is via Axigen Product Community so you may add it there and hope more will vote for it.

On the other hand you may use the WebMail Advertising dedicated spaces:

but this is only available after a successful login so it may not serve your intention.

Last suggestion I could think of: you may host your own login page / code (as explained here) so you call call the login action from your own page.

Hope all of the above are useful for your setup.

Best regards,
Ioan
