User cannot login through Webmail, experiencing kind of login loop. (login wont complete on some % progress starting again and again)
What should I try to solve this ?

This is a known issue - please upgrade to 10.2.2 and apply all available patches or upgrade to 10.3.1 (if you are using a supported OS version).
