    Axigen not responding after upgrade from 10.0 to 10.1.4.

    How do we get immediate help?

    Having trouble finding a way to actually reach anyone. Frustrating.

    Hello,

    In case you have a valid support subscription you just have to contact our support team.

    Coming back to your issue you did not specified the OS you are using so I'll just suppose you are running on Linux.

    Therefore please check your server mail syslog facility logs (usually saved in /var/log/maillog) and check for any hints on why your Axigen server is not starting.
