    Need immediate help - how?

    Axigen not responding after upgrade from 10.0 to 10.1.4.

    How do we get immediate help?

    Having trouble finding a way to actually reach anyone. Frustrating.

    Hello Cristiano,

    If you have a valid support subscription you have to address this problem via the support channel.

    Otherwise you just have to provide more information regarding your issue like the OS you are using, what license type you are using, if there are any errors into the Axigen log when you are starting the server, etc.
