    Hi there,
    I am hoping someone can help me with a problem I am having. Whenever our mail server receives an email with multiple recipients in the To: fields ie. abc@xyz.com and cba@xyz.com both recipients end up receiving two copies of the same email. I am confused as to why and prevent this from happening.
    I am using Axigen 8.0 for Windows.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hello,

    Does this issue occur for any (two) local accounts or only for certain accounts?

    To debug this issue, you may set the log level to 'Protocol Communication' for the SMTP Sending, SMTP Receiving, Processing and DNR services as described in the KB articles available at:

    and send a test email to reproduce this behaviour, than either examine the logs or post the log file and mention the sender, the recipient and the time of the day when this behaviour was reproduced.
