    hi everybody
we have been using axigen with openldap since 3 months ago. up to 10 days ago everything was working fine. but since then axigen cannot sync with openldap.
when we change an attribute value in openldap or add new user, it does not take effect in axigen.

Thank you. We could Finally resolved the problem. But I have another question
we want to change the acounts statuses to premium and basic by an ldap attribute. I need to know if this is possible? If yes what is the ldap atrribute for this property?

            Hello,

Please know that there is no ldap attribute in this matter. You may change the account type only from WebAdmin interface or from the CLI interface.

Here you may find a CLI interface account type change from premium to basic example:

            # telnet 127.0.0.1 7000
            Trying 127.0.0.1...
            Connected to 127.0.0.1.
            Escape character is '^]'.
Welcome to AXIGEN's Command Line Interface
You must login first. For a list of available commands, type HELP
            <login> user admin
            <password> <Admin_Password>
For a list of available commands, type HELP
            +OK: Authentication successful
            <#> update domain name YourDomain.Name
            +OK: command successful
            <domain#> update account premiumAccountExample
            +OK: command successful
            <domain-account#> set accountType basic
            +OK: command successful
            <domain-account#> COMMIT
committing changes and switching back to previous context.
This operation might take some time. Please wait....
            +OK: command successful
            <domain#> COMMIT
committing changes and switching back to previous context.
This operation might take some time. Please wait....
            +OK: command successful
            <#>

Please note that to change the accounttype to premium for a specific account the CLI command in "domain-account" context is "set accountType premium"
