Message rejected by Greylistint - Axigen 9 BSD

    Hi all,
thi is te message returned by axigen on sending mail.

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its
recipients after more than 48 hours on the queue on df1.interware.it.

    The message identifier is: 1Zn7m2-0005Wb-Dx
The date of the message is: Fri, 16 Oct 2015 18:22:28 +0200 (CEST)
The subject of the message is: CIao

The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:

    sabrina@amministrazionevono.it
Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined DATA:
    host mail.amministrazionevono.it [79.3.123.11]:
    451 Temporary rejected by greylisting

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for
some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message
remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up,
and when that happens, the message will be returned to youou

    Anyone can help me please?

    Hello,

Most probably you have Greylist activated on your Axigen server - please check in WebAdmin > Acctepance & Routing > Message Acceptance Settings

You could disable it or, better, create an exception for that particular domain(s) by adding an acceptance rule through Advance Settings.

    HTH,
    Ioan

        Hello Dear,
Removing the Graylisting and Adding Exception Should be configured in Front End Server only right?
