    Hello,

we are having problems with mails delivered over outbound.protection.outlook.com. The ip adresses changes for every delivery. With the greylisting feature enabled this is a real problem. Whitelisting the ip adresses seems no long term solution for me. We are using axigen in version 9. Is there a kind of weak greylisting not using the ip to identify a messeage or a solution for disabling greylisting for this particular mail servers?

    Hello,

You could add greylist exceptions through an advance acceptance rule (WebAdmin > Security & Filtering > Acceptance & Routing > Advance Settings > Add new rule).

Please find below a screenshot from such an example - you could adapt it to your specific use case.

        Hello,

Assuming that you like to add abc.org domain on the graylisting exception list all you have to do is to create the rule mentioned above (if you do not have it already) and add a new condition for Sender domain is abc.org
