    Hello Norlig,

Could you confirm that you are referring to Webmail interface?

Meaning you are viewing the message in Webmail and try to clink on a link from that message and get 404 code.

If yes - could you share the message source (you could save the message in EML format) so we could test on our test systems as well?

If no - please provide some more information regarding the exact scenario you are dealing with.

    BR,
    Ioan

Yes, I mean links in the webmail interface.

For example, the link in the top image of the "green" email does not work, while the blue button link in the "postnord" email does work.

        Hello,

Please know that by checking the source of the messages you sent us, we noticed that the remote links provide you with the 404 error (html code for page not found).
For example, a page that shows 404 page not found in one of the e-mails is:

        https://communicator.api.postnord.no/

If you navigate directly to that link you will also notice that the specific page does not exist.

You may for example open the source of the messages in a mail client (like Thunderbird) and you will see the same result. Those pages do not exist and therefore you get that error from the remote server - not from the Axigen server.

Please let us know if you have any further questions in this matter.

        Thank you.

        Best regards,
        Bogdan Maxim
