How to disable the error control settings for the CLI

Article updated on 08 July, 2008

Description

This article describes how to completely disable the error control checks performed for the Axigen CLI.

Resolution

You can change or even disable the limits by changing the error control settings from your Axigen Webadmin interface:
  1. Log into the webadmin interface as the "admin" account.
  2. Go to the "Services -> CLI" context.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, in the "Error Control" section, un-check both options for "Close Connection".
  4. Click the "Save Configuration" button.
NOTE: Once these settings are applied, an unlimited number of errors may occur for each session initiated, without the risk of client disconnection.
