Hi guys,

I keep getting this error when trying to add a new user: “An error has occurred!”

I check my everything log, and it just shows the error:

2022-03-31 13:12:05 +0000 04 mail WEBADMIN:00057CAD: Failure: create user ‘workshop’ in domain ‘hunter3dprinting.com.au’

Theres no specific reason.

Can anyone help me as to why it would be failing like this? I have a couple of other users on there and they added just fine, I tried different usernames and passwords etc, and to no avail.

Hi @h3dp,

The information we could find in our systems indicate that you are using the Free license.
The Free license includes 5 mailboxes.
Could you please mention how many mailboxes you already have on the server?

If you already have 5 mailboxes, please know that you will not be able to create additional accounts until you either delete an existing one or upgrade to a paid license.
