492 sent messages limit exceeded

For one of the messages sent I received this error:
492 sent messages limit exceeded
There are so many limit parameters in Axigen. How do I know which parameter is causing this problem? Is it size is it number of messages. Is it a limitation on the SMTP parameters is it a limitation on a user parameter or perhaps in another place?
