Access Axigen mail server from client machine

Hi,
I installed fresh trail version 10.3.3.1.0 . everything went smoothly and im able to create users account on a domian. however, when im trying to access the localhost from other LAN client it gives me the following message: This site can’t be reached

localhost refused to connect.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • [Checking the proxy and the firewall].

and

Access to localhost was denied

You don’t have the user rights to view this page.

HTTP ERROR 403

Any advice ???

Hello,

To access the Axigen services using “other LAN client” you should use the IP address of the machine where Axigen is installed not localhost.

Localhost is a hostname that refers to the current device used to access it. It is used to access the network services that are running on the host via the loopback network interface (127.0.0.1).
