Is a Secure Sockets Layer ( SSL ) certificate required to receive responses to my special Axigen mailing list e-mail addresses? Also, the above-referenced image file is as follows:

I am able to send mailing list e-mail messages to external e-mail addresses, but I am unable to receive any “subscribe” or “unsubscribe” requests. Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Handling the list subscribe/unsubscribe messages does not require any SSL certificate. The log message you included are mostly related to Webmail access, and are not normally a reason for concern unless you are unable to access the Webmail interface from specific computers.

Best regards,
