Axigen how to configure User Account support with multiple domains

For example three domains; domain1 com, domain2 com, domain3 com.

User Account ‘support’ for domain1 com
Add User Account ‘support’ for domain2 com
Again User Account ‘support’ for domain3 com

Using external email address with Office365 GoDaddy.

If sending from external godaddy email account to: support@domain1 com.

Why does Axigen and Thunderbird Client show that support@domain2 com and support@domain3 com had received the received message designated for support@domain1 com?

Note: support@domain1 com can send outbound emails, but support@domain2 com and support@domain3 com does not work for outbound messages?

Please advise next steps for checking, configuring, these User Accounts to work in its respective domain account.

As for DNS entries, each of these domains its SPF and DKIM TXT records is valid from MXToolBox com. The DMARC TXT is name=mail._domainkey, unknown why MXToolBox is indicating cannot validate DMARC with the SPF and DKIM.

Likewise, MXToolBox com also shows valid for MX records and Test Email Server is all ‘OK’ listed, plus there are no Blacklist found for any of these domains sites and mail services.

The DNS domains has MX name=@ record pointed to mail.domain1 com, mail.domain2 com, mail.domain3 com. All of these point to the same ip address for Axigen Mail server, so that Axigen is handling email domains and email accounts for three separate domain entities.

However, I have the DNS TXT SPF1 and DMARC pointed to TXT name=@ and not to subdomain TXT name=mail, is this correct or do I need to make it subdomain mail?

Thank you,
Bob
