Axigen mail started but mail and webadmin not available

hello
i have installed Axigen mail on centos 8 stream (and updated it to last version, config it and start to use it
after rebooting i can’t access any services - webadmin and webmail to ports, i’ve configured, and cannot reach by email client (ThunderBird)
Axigen service started and restarts without problems

[root@localhost ~]# /etc/init.d/axigen status
AXIGEN Mail Server is running (pid: 6525).

i’ve receive index.html which contains webadmin page

what shall i do to get it working?

Could you please check if there is any firewall that may be activated after you have rebooted?

You have tried to see what you obtained if you run the following command from local console?

$ wget --no-check-certificate https://127.0.0.1

You should get the WebMail interface page.

Other than that I have no other ideas on how to explain the reported issues that popped after the reboot.
