Axigen server will not start

The server suddenly stopped responding to the email client on my phone.

  1. Tried webclient, didn’t work. Tried Web Admin, didn’t work.
  2. Connected to the server via remote access. Tried webclient, didn’t work. Tried Web Admin, didn’t work.
  3. The Axigen services are down. Restarted all 3. But Axigen mail server service stops with the message “Some services stop automatically if they are not in use…”
  4. Checked log folder but there are NO new log entries or files updated today.
  5. rebooted server. and tried everything again. No joy.

Ok, used the AXigen montior and found the license key was expired. Got a new key, HOWEVER, the instructions to install the key assume the WEbAdmin is running - which it is NOT.

How do I install a new key when the server will not start??? :frowning:

Nevermind. I put the new axigen_lk file from the Zip into the C:\Program Files\Axigen Mail Server folder and restarted services. Running now.
