The server suddenly stopped responding to the email client on my phone.
- Tried webclient, didn’t work. Tried Web Admin, didn’t work.
- Connected to the server via remote access. Tried webclient, didn’t work. Tried Web Admin, didn’t work.
- The Axigen services are down. Restarted all 3. But Axigen mail server service stops with the message “Some services stop automatically if they are not in use…”
- Checked log folder but there are NO new log entries or files updated today.
- rebooted server. and tried everything again. No joy.
