Can receive messages but can't send

I installed axigen and did everything correct but still can’t sending mails.

Notes: 25, 443 ports are open.
I set nameserver on DNR settings “8.8.8.8”

Hi
Maybe you enabled AV & AS in “Antivirus & Antispam > Supported Application”.
Check in the queue for the reason.
If you couldn`t find the reason then for further investigations please attach ‘everything.txt’ log file.

Do you have any SMTP Sending logs to share?

Cyren AntiVirus & AntiSpam is currently disabled.

I just have everything.txt

everything.txt (1.1 MB)

It seems that the outgoing route on port 25 is blocked by your firewall.
Axigen cannot connect to remote mail servers on port 25.

Router’s firewall is closed. May Windows Defender can block Axigen?

Try this: install telnet on the server of use putty to connect to remote email server on port 25.
for example in CMD type below command:
telnet smtp.gmail.com 25
you should receive this picture:

Connecting smtp.gmail.com…Didn’t connect with main, port 25: connection failed

So you have problem to connect to remote servers through port 25.
If you installed axigen on a host, maybe port 25 is blocked by them.

I have Axigen on my personal computer. Axigen exception is open. Adsız

I had to set up a forwarder from my ISP, due to them blocking port 25.

You might have to do the same. Search for your ISP name and Mail forwarder, and you might find something
