I am trying to update my installation to the latest version (10.6.33) from version 10.6.13 on Windows 11 x64. I get an error message that says "the file Axigen_x64-10.6.13.msi is not a valid installation package for the product Axigen Mail Server 10.6.13. Apparently the update needs this file to uninstall Axigen prior to updating. I have the file but I assume it is corrupted. I have also tried to uninstall using the Window uninstall feature and it produces the same error message as trying to update.
How can I get a working copy of 10.6.13 to allow for successful uninstall and upgrade?
Any other suggestions?
