Can't start axigen service

it fails with error in log

axigen[13120]: auxpropfunc error invalid parameter supplied
axigen[13456]: auxpropfunc error invalid parameter supplied
axigen[13602]: auxpropfunc error invalid parameter supplied

any ideas?

Hello,

Could you please mention the OS (type and version) and Axigen version?

Is this a “fresh” install or something like an upgrade / or you have made any changes that may be related to this error?

Please advice.

os: linux CentOS Linux release 8.2.2004 (Core), fresh install configured with a domain.
license is in trial cause we testing some features.
could it be trial expiration reason for this issue? if so i was expecting a different log error.

Hello,

If there is anything related to license and a possible misconfiguration you should see a trace into the mail syslog facility.

Now, because you are running on CentOS 8 you may have to check, beside the usual /var/log/maillog log file the output of journalctl -u axigen in order to see if there are any hints there.

Well, in this case you may try to get a new trial license from here.

In case the new trial license will not work you may contact our sales team to request a temporary license so you could finish your evaluation tests.
