Common Sent E-Mails folder for a group?

Hey there!

We would like to setup a group for a department and it would be very helpful if the members of the department could see what other members have sent using the group’s e-mail address. How would one go around setting up easily a folder that collects all sent items by members of a specific group?

Hello Andrei,

Yes, this is possible but only if you have a groupware enabled domain (so group members could be set with Viewer rights for that folder) and, very important, ready to configure your Axigen outside WebAdmin (like adding a Sieve script filter via CLI).

Please let me know if you would like to follow this route.

If yes, please confirm if you already have something set in this regard or you just like to start from scratch with a generic example (let’s say for sales@example.tld group).

If you would be able to provide steps regarding this matter that would be great. I think it would be easier to follow if we continue with a generic example, both for me and for other people that may want to achieve something like this.
