Configured domains disappeared

Hi,

I’m running axigen Free Mail Server, version 10.3.3.47, on Linux, for about a year now, with two domains set up and a few accounts.

Earlier this week I stopped being able to access webmail via domain name.

I can access WebAdmin with mail.domainname:9000 and I see that the domains that I had configured are no longer there. Has anyone had the same problem? Please help with an explanation.

thanks in advance.

Hello,

This is nat normal and most proably something happen to you Axigen configuration file (axigen.cfg).

You may check for an old backup of axigen.cfg in /var/opt/axigen/run and restore the one that has the domain configuration.

Florin

This is the contents of my axigen directory:

root@mail:~# ls /opt/axigen/
bin lib share
root@mail:~#

and not the location you have mentioned in your reply.

Ioan

Thanks so much for your help.
I found an old config and replaced the current one and the domains and accounts are back.
I wonder what could have changed axigen.cfg.
