How to fix below error in cpanel, I can send out email but when clients sends to our domain it bounces back with below error

Address not found

Your message wasn’t delivered to ict@xxxxxx.com because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.
The response from the remote server was:

550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.

The internal mail server Public IP 197.xx8.xx.xx and local IP 192.xxx.xx.xxx

Does your MX record point to your public IP address and your firewall/router is forwarding port 25 from the internet to your server? Can you connect to your via telnet?

telnet 197.xxx.xxx.xxx 25?

Or use Email Server Test - Online SMTP diagnostics tool - MxToolbox

Also, have you checked y our SMTP logs on the server to see if there’s any information?
