Data Collection of Axigen

Good day,

Can you please clarify why the Server sends statistics to “statistics@axigen.com”?

Even do the general config for the statistics is valued to “no”.

Regards,
Jay

  • No end-user identifiable information is sent as part of these statistics collection process.
  • We collect such information solely for statistical purposes as to be able to develop the Software Product and design related customized offers by reference to your needs.

Thanks a lot seems I overlooked this info.

@bogdanmoldovan ,

I’ve seen this in the past, but noticed that mine seems to be disabled - I can’t enter in an e-mail address.

Is there a configuration setting that we need to set before we add the e-mail address?

try unchecking and checking back the checkbox that precedes that form.
the text field might get reenabled
you might have stumbled on a UI bug.

I don’t see a checkbox preceding the form. The section above it is the Branding. I do have the branding configured and I did update it to change it back to the default, but I still can’t enter in a e-mail address for the statistics. I’m not sure if that was the area you were talking about preceding the form.

You should have the following view:

if not, what version are you running?

Nope - Mine looks a little different:
