Different sender addresses (RemotePOP)

Hello,
I don’t know exactly how to describe it best - I’ll try it with an example.

My account at Axigen Mailserver is Test@test.com - since I have some other external mailboxes (Gmail/GMX/T-Online), I want to fetch them via RemotePOP. No problem so far.

But is it possible to use the respective senders under my Axigen account (i.e. test (at) gmail dot com & test (at) gmx dot de & test (at) t-online dot de)? For this I would have to create a separate SMTP relay host for each identity or set up a “routing” for it.

Is there any way Axigen can set this up somehow? Otherwise, remote POP makes relatively little sense, since I can never answer with the correct sender’s address.

Thanks a lot.

(forum-software blocks more than 2 links - and it recognizes my examples as links -> therefore with (at) and dot instead @.)

Hello,

From your answer I understand that you like to “answer” from Axigen WebMail client, from where you are not allowed to use other identities other than the “main” ones (including account and domain aliases). This is something that could not be changed and you may add your “feature request” here.

HTH,
Ioan
