Domain filters seem not to work

We have set up a series of filters on domain level (which - if I understand correctly - should work for all accounts in that domain). The mails for this domain are received via RPOP. It seems that the filters are not applied. Is there any relation between RPOP and Domain Filters that we should know about ?

Yes this is true the domain and the incoming message rules of axigen will not work in RPOP scenario.
What I did and not sure, you need to test it will be account level filter.
