Email client not showing/updating all IMAP folders

Hi all,

My email clients (Outlook, iOS) and WebMail are not showing all IMAP folders. I can try and refresh the IMAP Folder list in (for example) Outlook and folders I know exist do not show in the folder list.

Is there an IMAP Folder limit in Axigen? My email account currently has 58 folders (found by looking in WebAdmin → Domains & Accounts → Manage Accounts → Edit → General → Info (at the bottom of the page).

Looking at the “Quotas and Restrictions” tab, the “Limit total number of folders to” check box is checked and the value is 1,000
