All of a sudden our email domain is nowhere available at our domain list.
Everything was okay just a week ago.

Check if the domains(s) files are still on your server disk in ${AXIGEN_WORK_DIR}/domains and if so you have the files you may try to recover a previous version of Axigen configuration file from ${AXIGEN_WORK_DIR}/run (at each modification from Webadmin a backup of configuration file is created).
The ${AXIGEN_WORK_DIR} is by default located in /var/opt/axigen on Linux OS and in C:\Program Files\Axigen Mail Server\ on Windows installs
