i accidentally deleted the axigen_dh.pem file.
Can it be restored or can the server work without it.

You could rebuild the self-sign certificate and DH parameters files using the following command:
/opt/axigen/bin/axigen --gen-cert /tmp/axigen_cert.pem /tmp/axigen_dh.pem
Both files will be created in /tmp and, from there, you should restore axigen_dh.pem into Axigen working directory (default in /var/opt/axigen).
