There is no option to forget the password in the mobile version of Webmail. Has anyone encountered this problem? And how can I solve this problem?

Yes, you are right: the mobile version of the WebMail interface do not present the usual “forget password” or “forget account name” options that may be present on the desktop version.
This is by design and the single option you have is to access the WebMail login page from a desktop web browser.

The fact that this item is not in the mobile version is a negative point because most users connect with mobile.
