I may be being a bit thick here, but I can’t figure out how to configure the From: name for my account? Mail is being sent from “LastName, Firstname” email@address but I’d like it set to the standard “FirstName LastName” email@address. Where can I set this?

What SW do you using?
When you set your name in your software it depend of your configuration sets your name before email address.
Webmail. I’m coming from Zimbra, used to using the webmail client day to day. Zimbra has Personas, with which you can use various aliases, and you can configure your From name to airing you wish. I don’t see a way of changing “Last name, first name” in axigen webmail.
Sure you can change your name in webmail.
Just go to setting by clicking on left button gear and change account info.
