Getting "Access Denied" error as administrator (see description)

Taken up steps:

  • installed Axigen and configured the administrator account
  • logged in as administrator (with full permissions)
  • added the license
  • attempted to configure

Displayed error message:

An error has occurred: Permission denied

Place where the problem had occured:

Services → Configuration of the Webadmin

What had caused the problem:

attempt to enable the SSL listener
